I had the opportunity to sit in with The Tams at the wayfarer hotel on Jeckyl Island after the beach festival. Don't remember the year,Back when I had hair. I played trumpet and keyboards with a group out of Savannah called "The Conservative Sound and Brass".(1968-1995)Beach Music and the old Soul music was "THE ERA" for us and it will never go away.Thank you for the great music you share with all of us Real Music lovers.Stan The Man.

I was at the Mullet Festival in Swansboro Oct 2011 I couldn't get enough of you and your music you are the greatest entertainers by far. When I went to see you in New Bern, NC in the 70's I fell in love with you guys and your music.

Oh, What an awesome priviledge to see the Mighty Tams at the Mullet Festival in Swansboro on October 8, 1011!! I am still so pumped from seeing you fantastic guys perform. You didn't stop moving for an hour and a half! I deem you all so professional. What an evening! I can not wait until the next time you all are in Eastern NC. I will be there. Would love to share some Guiness World Record Moore's Barbecue with you, if that was available, from New Bern NC. At your service, with great respect. Patricia Moore McDaniel New Bern NC

I HAVE WATCHED THE TAMS SINCE 1966. USED TO GO TO GREENSBORO, NC TO SEE THEM. LOVE THEM THEN AND NOW.

I love me some TAMS. Been a fan since the sixties. No one can sing those songs like Joe. Got to get on stage and sing with the Tams in Montgomery Alabama in the seventies (Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy). Long live the name of the Tams and keep the memory alive. May the Good Lord take a liking to all you Tam Fans.
