OFF THE CHAIN! That's how I describe last night's performance. I know that the TAMS are great. I was so excited to see for the first time this group perform and my nephew, you guys stole the show. the people really love you and I witnessed that for the first time myself and thinkfully I brought a friend of mine and she said that "THIS IS MY KIND OF CROWD" she was thouroughly pleased.
To the Tams we love you To my nephew (Reginald Preston) YOU CAN DANCE! all of you did moves I have not seen before, keep it up
Best GROUP THIS YEAR!

Had the pleasure of seeing this fabulous group, last night, and who will ''always be a mainstay in our musical culture for years to come''. Everyone must catch them "live". A mixture of "old school and new" will be leaving you for more from this group. Their R&B,and mix of Jazz Band, called ""14 Karat"" rounded out, that which was a pleasurable evening...... Met the guys after the show, and was impressed with the generousity of their time, they gave to sign, meet and greet everyone who approached them. Was not in a hurry to pack up and leave like some other performers, that are on the bus and gone, when we're still leaving the parking lot. I'm checking their schedule often to catch another live show soon, '' y'all should too. Thanks

We used to frequently see The Tams on "Tams Tuesday" at the Opporto Armory in Birmigham in the late 1960's. Great, great memories. I'm sorry about losing Joe Pope. He was a great singer, a great entertainer, and a nice person.
